Soft Forests provides web design and development, e-commerce websites, landing page design, software development, POS software, SEO, and digital marketing services, along with a shop selling digital products such as software and website templates. Custom service engagements (e.g. website builds) are additionally governed by the specific proposal, quote, or agreement shared with you.

To purchase from our shop, you must create a customer account with accurate, current information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

• Each order is placed for a single product at a time.
• We accept payment via bKash Personal, Nagad Personal, bKash Merchant, Rocket Personal, and Cash on Delivery, as made available at checkout.
• For mobile wallet payments, you must provide an accurate sender number and transaction ID. Orders are manually verified before being confirmed.
• Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and may change without prior notice; the price at the time of order applies to that order.

Digital products (source files, templates, and any bonus files) become available for download from your account only after your order status is marked Confirmed by our team, following payment verification. It is your responsibility to ensure your account email and download access remain functional; we recommend downloading purchased files promptly after confirmation.

Because our shop sells digital goods, all sales are final once an order has been confirmed and the associated files have been made available for download. If you believe you were charged in error, or a file is missing, corrupted, or materially different from its description, contact us within 7 days of confirmation and we will review the issue, which may result in a replacement file or refund at our discretion. Custom service engagements (web design, software development, etc.) follow the refund terms agreed in the specific project proposal.

Unless otherwise stated in a product listing, purchasing a digital product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for your own project(s); it does not grant ownership of the underlying code or design, and you may not resell, redistribute, or relicense the files as your own product. All website content, branding, and custom-built deliverables remain the intellectual property of Soft Forests or the respective client, as agreed in writing.

You agree not to misuse our website or shop — including attempting unauthorized access, uploading malicious code, using another person's payment details without authorization, or using purchased digital products for unlawful purposes.

For custom services (websites, software, SEO, marketing), the scope, timeline, and payment schedule will be confirmed in a separate proposal or agreement. These Terms apply in addition to, not in place of, any signed agreement, which takes precedence in case of conflict.

Soft Forests provides its website, shop, and services on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order or service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
